Our Sales and Lettings Associate Melissa Clowes is now entering the fifth and final month of the Letwell Program.
The Letwell programme provides those working in the private rented sector with the opportunity to become professionally qualified. In line with the Scottish Government’s regulation of letting agents there are training requirements for specific staff within agencies.
Our Lettings Team will all be fully qualified by the end of May this year, whic will allow us to continue provide a professional and knowledgable service to our landlords. Agents must maintain their qualification by carrying out regular Contious Personal Development courses - which in turns ensure our landlords receive the most up to date advice and best practice.
